In the beginning, I was a photographer using real film made with silver.
Starting with portraits and wedding, I moved into commercial and editorial photography before taking up writing, publishing and web design.
Being a photographer for Wine Spectator in the early 1990s led me straight into the world of wine, about which I now write and blog at Tasting Room Confidential.com. More of my mostly unpublished photos are stored at the photo gallery at Tasting Room Confidential.
